Tim Stevenson

CEO/Equity Manager

Tim Stevenson started ProCopy out of his garage in 2000. Since then, the company has grown to three office locations. His experience servicing Canon copiers since 1982 and working as a Uni-Copy field manager and district service manager for Danka Business Systems helped establish his “customer first, whatever it takes” approach to business. He seeks to provide his customers with the highest standards of service in the industry with a personal touch.

Originally from Garden City, Kansas, Tim lives in Gilbert, AZ with his wife Terri and their two twins. Tim’s twin brother, Tom, also lives in Arizona.


Mike McGuirk


Mike joined ProCopy in 2010 and increased revenue and profits five times in less than five years. During his tenure, ProCopy has been named as one of the “Best Places to Work,” one of Inc. 5000’s fastest growing companies and one of ENX Magazine’s “Top 50 Copier Dealers in the U.S.” twice. Before ProCopy, Mike worked his way up from a sales representative for Uni-Copy to president of Arizona Office Technologies, a division of Global Imaging, where he received the “Founder’s Award” and was named a “Global’s Greatest” employee.

Mike, a lifelong Mets fans, was born in Brooklyn and lives in Chandler, AZ with his wife Kelly. They have three children, including a set of twins.


Alonzo Florez

Vice President of Service

Alonzo joined ProCopy in 2001 as Director of Service and helped maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through tremendous growth. Under his direction, the company spearheaded the famous 2.5-hour guaranteed response time. Before joining the team, Alonzo worked as a Field Service Manager for Danka Business Systems, where he received several manufacturer accreditations and service awards for technical achievement.

Alonzo and his wife Dawn reside in Gilbert with their two children.


Stephen Gould

Vice President of Sales

After Stephen joined ProCopy in 2009, the company experienced 400% revenue growth in five short years. His industry expertise comes from starting as a local sales rep at Typetronics Business Systems, where he eventually became part owner and sold the business to Document Technologies. He eventually went on to become Vice President of Sales at Arizona Office Technologies, where he won “Employee of the Year,” “Sales Manager of the Year” and “Canon’s Golden Eagle Manager of the Year.”

Hailing from Great Britain, Stephen now lives in Scottsdale with his wife Cherie and their daughter.


Tony Andrade

Vice President of Operations

Tony joined ProCopy in 2002, bringing his computer and networks knowledge to the company just as digitally connected devices were becoming the dominant technology.

He started an IT department to help clients transition to the digital world and co-authored the famous ProCopy Jingle. His early years working as a copier technician and building computers at home helped Tony rise through the ranks at Danka Business Systems, winning multiple “Technician of the Month” awards, troubleshooting multiple locations and catching the attention of Tim Stevenson, who eventually convinced Tony to join ProCopy.

Born in Queens, Tony lived in Florida for 16 years before settling in Mesa with his wife Cali.


Brian Behrens

New Business Development

A lifetime copier guy, Brian joined ProCopy in 2011 to help establish growth patterns and achieve operational success. Prior to ProCopy, Brian was consistently a top 10 sales performer within all of Global Imaging’s companies and set many individual and team records. In 2014, he was named one of ENX Magazine’s “Top Sales Representatives” in the industry.

Brian resides in Phoenix with his wife Edwina, their two children and enjoys coaching little league in his spare time.
